Nifty CPSE index slips 3%; IOCL, Oil India hit 52-week lows

ONGC, Oil India, Coal India, NTPC, Bharat Electronics, PFC, NBCC, NLC India and IOCL were down 1% to 5% on the NSE in intra-day trade.
