Wisconsin, which narrowly voted for Trump in 2016, is now reeling as the pandemic hits one of its biggest industries: paper. Verso Corp’s plant in Wisconsin Rapids had been in operation for a century and was known, back in the day, for producing the glossy printed stock that was used for magazines.
